​IMPORTANT BOOKING AND PAYMENT INFORMATION!

PLEASE READ!

BASIC/INDOOR EVENTS:

Upon booking, clients must pay a 25% non refundable SAVE THE DATE Booking Fee within ONE WEEK of booking inquiry. If Booking Fee is not paid within a week of inquiry, the artist cannot promise availability. Only events where the booking fee is paid will be confirmed.

In the unlikely event the client needs to cancel, Booking Fee will roll over for ONE YEAR. Booking Fee (in full) will only be refunded in the unlikely event of artist cancellation or emergency. 

Once Booking Fee is completed, clients must pay the remaining balance on the day of the event. Payment methods include: Cash, Venmo, Paypal, Cashapp, or Check. A confirmation text or email will be sent to clients a few days prior.

OUTDOOR EVENTS:

Outdoor events require a larger booking fee due to the threat of cancellation due to inclement weather.

Face Painting Rate Breakdown!
I use high quality professional face and body paint materials to make you and your child happy! 

I am fully insured! If your location requires vendors to have insurance, please let me know and I can send it to you!

 

*For all FACE PAINTING bookings, I charge a minimum of $125.00 for the first hour!

For large events that require speed painting, the first hour is $150.00!

 

Additional hours are $100.00 per hour.

* If your party falls somewhere in between the hourly packages, you can opt to tack on 30 minute increments at $50.00. *

Please discuss with me how many children you are planning on having, and we can discuss the proper amount of time needed for your event!

Glitter Tattoos Rate Breakdown!
Glitter tattoos are long-lasting temporary tattoos that are created using a sticker-like stencil.
Cosmetic body glue and glitter are then applied to create the desired stencil design.
Glitter tattoos can last on average 3-5 days but can easily be removed using baby or coconut oil.

HOMEMADE BUBBLE BRAIDS:

These are an amazing addition to any private party or large event!

Braids are also a fun way to help children who do not enjoy face painting to join in on the fun! This makes them feel included.

HOMEMADE BLING GEM CLUSTERS:

All bling gem clusters are handmade by me. I use premium crafting materials and adhere them to children with professional grade eyelash glue or makeup glue. 

Bling is also a fun way to help children who do not enjoy face painting to join in on the fun! This makes them feel included. 

Bling can be sold separately or added to a design. 

Bling is SUCH a fun way to add sparkle to a beautiful face paint design!

Additional Makeup Services!

Pay Per Face and/or Pay Per Tattoo (festivals, concerts, large events)

This option means you do NOT pay the hourly rate, FREE to you.*
Instead, the patrons or attendees at your event would pay for their face painting and/or glitter tattoos. 

This is an option more suited to large events, such as fairs, festivals, concerts, etc.  
A realistic projected attendance of at least 200 children or more is needed in order to book an event as 'Pay Per Face'.
(The options offered can be changed or customized to fit your needs based on theme, etc. if notified in advance.)  

Typical 'Pay Per Face/Tattoo' pricing is between $5.00 -$20.00

Charity or Fundraising Event Options:

I would love to help you with your charity and/or fundraising efforts! Unfortunately, I am not able to donate my time and materials for free (there are just too many fantastic causes that I want to support, along with the expenses of providing my own materials and equipment). However, I am sometimes able to offer special options for a limited number of events, that can earn your organization additional money, or provide free entertainment to your guests at a special discounted rate! Subject to availability. Sorry, working for 'exposure' does not pay the bills or even cover the cost of supplies/gas.

Specialty Makeup Inquiries
Rates differ depending on specialty makeup.
If you have a special makeup design, event, or question, feel free to reach out to me to get a quote! 
 
Commercial/Industrial work
7 hour daily rate: $400.00
Additional hours after the first 7 are $50.00 per hour (considered over time).
